Utah State Bulletin

The Utah State Register (Register) is an official publication of the Division of Administrative Rules, mandated by Section 63G-3-402. It is Utah's equivalent to the Federal Register. The Register includes proposed rules, rule analyses, notices of effective dates, and review notices. It also includes public notices, and Governor's executive documents. The Register typically contains the full text of administrative rules. The Register is an electronic publication that is issued on the 1st and 15th of each month. A summary of the Register -- the Utah State Digest -- is also available online.
